We can’t recommend Mary Ann enough (and already have several times). She worked with us through both the selling of our condo and the purchase of a great house. Everything she said she would do she did and more. She gave us great advice on how to prepare our home for sale, arranged phenomenal pictures and a terrific brochure. In a very difficult market our condo sold very quickly and we got as much as we thought we could get (you always hope for more).

On the buy side she was a great coach, teacher, friend and voice of reason. Our first deal fell through on inspection and she was as disappointed as we were but she got us right back out there looking. Even though our search took 6 months she was patient, encouraging and kept us from settling for less than we wanted. When the right house came up we got in there quickly, saw it a couple of times in a couple of days and she worked the deal to make it happen. My husband and I were in Chicago from New York in pursuit of a rental for our son as he was beginning his career post college.
