Relocation Returns from the ERC Conference in Orlando
Kate Santo just returned from a week long trip to Orlando for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council’s Domestic Relocation Conference. The week’s events comprised of several seminars, interactive roundtables and speeches from the industry’s top relocation professionals. The opening session was actually hosted by two highly decorated Air Force pilots who correlated life in the cockpit to everyday business practices. Their workplace methodology offered a truly unique and inspiring way of looking at a relocation professional’s day to day tasks. Kate is also a member of WERC’s “Young Professionals under 40,” the newest addition to WERC. The organization later interviewed her regarding her thoughts on this new group, as well as, the current relocation industry. “I am inspired and rejuvenated,” Santo said of the conference.
