Summer Concerts in the City
Chicago is a city for all seasons, but as a true Chicagoan, one knows that you much relish the fleeting summer season. From the many street fests to outdoor concerts and our beloved sports teams, there is no shortage of activities here during the summer months. With so much to do and see at any given time, it may be difficult to choose any one event. One of the many highlights this summer is the free concert series scheduled at the Pritzker Pavilion at Millennium Park. Designed by architect, Frank Gehry, the Pavilion is a breathtaking outdoor venue nestled in the heart of downtown. It is one of the most beautiful settings in the city to enjoy live music. Artists scheduled to perform this summer range from classical ensembles to indie rock bands, so there truly is something for everyone! Kate Santo
